Hunters will experience an amazing authentic colonial style Spanish Hacienda custom designed to provide the spa resort relaxation for hunters and refuge for accompanying family and guests. Located near the base of the Hill Country mountains, the Hacienda sits atop Seco Creek which provides crystal clear flowing water over a massive dam facing the area mountain ridges that provides peace, serenity and relaxation from the massive columned porches. The infinity “spool”-smaller than a pool, larger than a spa-provides an even nearer serene relaxing sound of water cascading oven the edge to the rock bed below.
Upon arrival on the paved drive through the ranch to the Hacienda, entering from the circle drive you will announce your arrival by pulling the awaiting rope to ring the ancient bell in the overhead tower. You step through the Spanish style “door inside a door” to a breathtaking courtyard centered with the quieting sound of the expansive carved fountain. The open courtyard is bordered by massive columns and saltillo tiled covered walkways with hanging lights and silent breezy fans. The colorful plants, trees and grasses are picturesque and accented by the brick walkways in the courtyard. Should you be lucky enough to experience a little refreshing rain on your visit, you may enjoy the sound of the drizzle through the copper rainchains.
The four private casitas face the courtyard featuring authentic “doored windows” and were expressly designed to provide private retreats each decorated in its selective individual style. Each casita suite provides a coffee bar and a refrigerator for ice and cold beverages. The two master casitas provide king size beds and extraordinary baths featuring copper soaking tubs and massive open glassed showers, stained glass windows and rain showers. The two guest Casitas feature two massive iron queen size beds and impressive baths with large open glass showers, stained glass windows and rain showers. Each casita provides large screened TVs and internet access.
Enter the main house from the courtyard through massive iron laden doors to engage in the social experience. The main house features the expansive game room which exhibits game taken from around the world by the owner. Whether relaxing inside or outside on the massive porches facing Seco Creek, you will enjoy the downtime. The eating experience will also be memorable.
